If you are a dealer who is licensed as a used vehicle dealer and who sold 200 or fewer vehicles during the previous calendar year must have a New York MVD Bond for $10,000. MVD Bond Application

If you are a dealer who is licensed as a used vehicle dealer and who sold more than 200 vehicles in the previous calendar year must have a New York MVD Bond for $25,000. MVD Bond Application

If you are a dealer who is licensed as a new vehicle dealer or as a qualified dealer must have a New York MVD Bond in the amount of $50,000.
