Fidelity/ Crime Insurance

A Fidelity Bond is also called Crime Insurance which covers first party coverage or in other words, coverage for the business owner. This coverage would be ideal for any business that has at least one employee or a Million. Fidelity bonds protect the employer from the employee.

Is a Fidelity Bond required by certain States or the Federal Government ?

Their are many States that require fidelity bonds. I have posted an example of a few fidelity bonds that are required by Texas
