Since a surety bond is a legal do***ent you must have the bond amended which is called a rider.

Fax or email your rider request to have the effective date changed please reference the client's business name, client name and bond number.

Example:

XYZ Company
John Doe
Bond number :123
Please change the effective date from:
December 1,2008

To: December 2, 2008
