Security Deposit Bonds
Quick question, I have an apartment manager who would like their tenants to obtain surety deposit bonds.
The surety would guarantee the move-out condition of the unit does not have ***ages. Rather than a tenant having to come up with a $1000-$1500 security deposit, they would obtain a surety bond. Are you able to assist with this? What application forms are required? What are the rates? What is the turnaround? Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you, rick mena
